• First, pour in the pineapple juice. It’s a sweet way to start your drink. After that tropical wave, the flavor of coconut water will hit you. That’s the first flavor you taste in this coconut drink. Then, the coconut flavor is followed by tart passion fruit juice, which mixes well with lime juice.
• Mix the combination with either a shaking or stirring motion until it is thoroughly chilled.
• Pour the mixture into a serving glass filled with ice cubes.
• Add some sparkling water on top and carefully mix everything together.
• Just before serving, add the finishing touches: thin slices of pineapple, lime, and a couple of sprigs of mint.
